Veterinarians

Dr. William Bradley

William Bradley, DVM

Dr. William Bradley received his DVM from Colorado State University in 1972. He completed his internship and surgical residency at Kansas State University in 1976. He practiced on the racetrack in Nebraska for a year and has been associated with New England Equine Practice since then.

Gabriel Cook, DVM, DACVS

Dr. Cook graduated from Cornell University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992 followed by and internship at the Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, KY. He completed a large animal residency at North Carolina State University in 1996 and served as a staff surgeon at a private practice in the San Francisco Bay area before joining New England Equine Practice in 1998. Dr. Cook is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons.

   
Dr. Danielle Schilpp

Danielle Schilpp, DVM

Dr. Schilpp started her undergraduate studies at SUNY Cobleskill and then transferred to Cornell University where she graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science. She received her DVM from Ross University in 2004. Dr. Schilpp completed her internship in 2005 with New England Equine Practice before joining the practice. Dr. Schilpp started riding when she was 5 years old and was a member of the Running Fox Pony Club. She enjoys riding and showing her own horse.

   
Dr. William Bradley

Shannon Graham, DVM, ABVP (Equine Practice)

Dr. Graham is a New England native, growing up in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Dr. Graham graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2000 and continued on to graduate with honors from the Atlantic Veterinary College of Prince Edward Island, Canada. Following graduation, Dr. Graham served as an intern at the New England Practice. Following her internship, Dr. Graham completed a two year residency in Equine Field Service and Sports Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, New Bolton Center.

Dr. Graham’s professional interests include sports medicine, reproduction, neonatology and ophthalmology. Dr. Graham’s recreational interests include hiking and kayaking as well as being an amateur polo and ice hockey player.

   
Dr. Elizabeth MacDonald

Elizabeth MacDonald, BVMS, MRCVS

Dr. MacDonald graduated from Skidmore College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. After graduation she joined New England Equine Practice as a technician in 2004. Upon her acceptance to the University of Glasgow Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2006 she moved to Scotland where she lived for the duration of the five year program. She graduated with honors in 2011 and became a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Dr. MacDonald enjoyed the travel opportunities and exploring new places while living in the UK. She has been riding horses since she was eight years old and played polo for the Skidmore club team. In her free time she enjoys riding and hiking.
